Mario has been Monaca Borough manager since August 2007. Co-founder of the Ohio River Trail Council, Mario has won several awards for promoting sustainability and has presented at conferences nationwide on the subject. He’s also the executive board for the Beaver County Downtown Partnership Committee and Council of Governments.
